We shall quote a price of a tour within 24 hours after we receive your order form. As soon as a program and a price are agreed we make all the reservations.
The last and an important l thing to do is to arrange a Belarusian tourist visa with a Consulate in your country. To do that we shall need the following information about you and other participants if any:
-dates of a tour
-first name, father’s name, last name
-sex
-citizenship
-passport number
- date of issue
- date of expiry

You can send the information to our e-mail address info@ludmila-travel.com On the basis of the latter we’ll send you a Letter of Invitation and a Voucher on behalf of our company. You will receive a Belarusian Tourist visa on the submission of these documents to the Consulate of the Republic of Belarus in the country of your citizenship.
